This page describes the prelaunch data boundary. It is not the final counsel-approved privacy or GLBA notice. Public intake and payment remain disabled until those notices and the supporting controls are approved and deployed.

The public fit screen

The nine fit answers are evaluated in your browser. The screen does not ask for your name, email, EIN, documents, credentials, tax return, receipts, bank information, or payment information. Answers are transmitted only if checkout is enabled, the screen returns standard fit, and you choose to continue.

Information excluded from the standard intake

  • SSNs, ITINs, full EINs, bank details, and payment-card numbers
  • Tax returns, receipts, payroll reports, and source-document uploads
  • Login.gov, ID.me, Pay.gov, IRS, payroll, bookkeeping, banking, and TaxDome credentials

Provider boundaries

Stripe will process payment when checkout is enabled. The secure Accountable Plan Pro operations system is intended to hold canonical engagement and intake state. Routine email will contain administrative notices only, not documents or tax facts. Airtable, if activated, will receive opaque operational metadata only.

Arc & Ledger LLC is the legal entity identified for the service. The final privacy and GLBA notices remain subject to counsel approval before launch.

External booking

The fit-call link opens Google's appointment service. Information you choose to submit there is handled under Google's applicable terms and privacy disclosures. Do not place tax facts or documents in the appointment notes.
