Accountable Plan Pro is not accepting public payment or beginning public fulfillment while its purchase terms, engagement letter, electronic-record consent, refund language, privacy disclosures, and company adoption acknowledgment remain under California counsel review.
Contracting entity
Arc & Ledger LLC is the legal and contracting entity for Accountable Plan Pro. The final purchase terms and engagement documents remain subject to counsel approval before launch.
What applies before launch
- The public website is informational and the fit screen is preliminary.
- Completing the fit screen does not create a professional relationship.
- Payment, when enabled, will not by itself create a professional relationship.
- Firm acceptance and a signed, versioned engagement letter will be required before professional work begins.
- A case declined before work begins will enter a full-refund review requiring authorized tax professional approval; refunds will not be issued automatically.
Do not rely on the retired subscription terms
Earlier AccountablePlanPro source described a self-service annual subscription with instant document delivery. That offer is retired and is not the current $499 Accountable Plan Pro service.
